Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Nutrilicious Life. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including individual and family consultations, as well as subscription packages.

2. Services Provided

Individual Appointments:

We offer one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions. Each session lasts 60 minutes.

Family Sessions:

We provide nutrition sessions for families with two members at the same time, each session lasts 60 minutes.

Subscription Packages:

We offer 3, 6, and 12-month subscriptions, which include two sessions per month. The 3-month subscription includes 6 sessions, the 6-month subscription includes 12 sessions, and the 12-month subscription includes 24 sessions.

3. Fees and Payments

Individual Session Fees:

Individual (one person): The session costs 120 euros. Family (two members): The session costs 200 euros.

Subscription Fees:

3-month Subscription: 160 euros per month. 6-month Subscription: 140 euros per month. 12-month Subscription: 120 euros per month.

Payment Terms:

Payments must be made in advance before each session. Payments can be completed through our website.

4. Session Duration

Individual Sessions: Initial and follow-up sessions last 60 minutes. Family Sessions: Initial family sessions last 60 minutes; follow-up sessions last 60 minutes.

5. Session Cancellation Policy

Clients must inform us of any cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session fee being charged.

6. Package Extension and Cancellation

Package Extension:

3-month packages can be extended for an additional month. 6-month packages can be extended for an additional 2 months. 12-month packages can be extended for an additional 3 months. All sessions within a package must be completed within the specified time, including any extensions due to valid reasons such as holidays or illness.

Package Cancellation:

Once purchased, packages cannot be canceled. After the completion of a package, clients can choose to renew, select a different package, or continue with individual sessions.

We tailor our services to each client's unique needs and goals. All clients are treated with respect and without judgment. Our approach considers the holistic picture of health, including diet, lifestyle, and emotional well-being.

8. Session Format

Sessions are primarily conducted online, with in-person sessions available for clients in Berlin who prefer this option.

9. Goal Achievement

The duration of a subscription does not guarantee the achievement of specific goals. Progress depends on various factors, including the client's commitment and adherence to nutrition recommendations.

10. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during our services will be handled by our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions, including plans, advice, and resources, are the intellectual property of Nutrilicious Life. They are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

12. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Clients will be informed of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review the terms regularly.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
